“Drink more water” this is probably the most advised sentence we all have come across. May it be from your mom, doctor, cosmetologist, and basically everywhere on the internet. Water indubitably has got the most benefits for your skin, body, and soul, or mind.  

It is advised to drink 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Don’t you think gulping down 8-ounce glasses of plain water can be grueling? Well, I have got the best solution for you all that will not only amp up your urge to drink water but also will detoxify your body and rejuvenate your skin, body, and mind.  

I have listed below some of the best combinations of detoxifying ingredients that will detox and will benefit you from many health, skin, and mental issues.

Our evolving lifestyle or the already evolved lifestyle that comprehends junk food, alcohol, short of sleep routines, and basically everything that upsets your skin, body, and mind calls for an external detox that aids that triggers internal organs and helps detoxify all the toxins.

1. Apple +Strawberry + Cucumber + Pineapple.

Ingredients:  

  • Sliced Apple
  • Sliced or Diced Strawberries.
  • Slices or Strips of Cucumber.
  • Pineapple Chunks.
  • Purified water
  • Ice Cubes.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to 1 ltr water.
  2. Muddle the fruits for pulpy consistency.  
  3. Add ice cubes and stir it.
  4. Let it infuse for more than 3 hours.
  5. Enjoy it for up to 2 days.  

 

   2.Watermelon + Lemon.  

Ingredients:  

  • Sliced watermelon.
  • Lemon slices.
  • Lemon zest.
  • Purified water.
  • Ice cubes.  

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to 1 ltr water.
  2. Muddle the fruits for pulpy consistency.  
  3. Add ice cubes and stir it.
  4. Let it infuse for more than 3 hours.
  5. Enjoy it for up to 2 days.  

 

3. Lemon + Cucumber.  

Ingredients:

  • Sliced lemon.
  • Cucumber slices.
  • Purified water.
  • Ice cubes.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to 1 ltr water.
  2. Muddle the fruits for pulpy consistency.  
  3. Add ice cubes and stir it.
  4. Let it infuse for more than 3 hours.
  5. Enjoy it for up to 2 days.  

4. Coriander + Mint. (for acne)

Ingredients:  

  • Coriander leaves.
  • Mint leaves.
  • Purified water.
  • Ice cubes,

Directions:  

  1. Add coriander and mint leaves to a blender.
  2. Add water and ice cubes.
  3. Blend into a smooth drink.
  4. Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 24 hrs.

 

 

5. Chia Seeds + Strawberry + Mint. (for acne)

Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds.
  • Strawberry.
  • Mint leaves.
  • Purified water.
  • Ice cubes.

Directions:

  1. Add chia in water and let it soak for 20 mins.
  2. Add strawberry slices.
  3. Add mint leaves.
  4. Infuse it overnight.

 

6. Lemon + Strawberry + Basil.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon slices.
  • Sliced or diced strawberry.
  • Basil leaves.
  • Purified water.
  • Ice cubes.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to 1 ltr water.
  2. Muddle the fruits for pulpy consistency.  
  3. Add ice cubes and stir it.
  4. Let it infuse for more than 3 hours.

7. Orange + Mint + Cucumber + Lemon.

  • Purified water.

  2. Muddle the fruits for pulpy consistency.  
  3. Seep the flower petals until bloomed.
  4. Add ice cubes and stir it.
  5. Let it infuse for more than 3 hours.

12. Fennel Seeds + honey. (Acidity)

  1. Soak fennel seeds in hot water overnight.
  2. Add a tsp of honey.
